New Paris Fashion Label

New Paris Ready-to-Wear Label: Atto
I recently read an article online in the New York Times style section about an emerging fashion label, Atto. It is based in Paris and is run by designer Julien Dossena, used to work at Balenciaga, who works with Lion Blau. Atto is influenced by French 60's and Japanese minimalism while still remaining a very modern label with respect to the fabrics that they use that give structure.

These looks from their Resort 2014 collection, which is also their first ever collection, are very bold with their high slits in the skirts as well as the bright colors. The collection also includes black details under the arm holes and on the back of coats. I am usually a strong believer of no sequins but a silver turtle neck sequined shirt paired with a sleeveless jacket looks perfect.

I am excited to see where this label will go because if this first collection is any inclination of what is to come, than they will do great things.
